This footage was taken at Eastern State Penitentiary on 5/17/2003. It was filmed in the old administration building where there is only one way up or down. Only 3 investigators were present inside, Jeremy Wiley, Pam Johnson, Kevin Ames, The sound of footsteps are directly above us walking in our direction. the sound then walked into the telephone operators room and we heard the sound of a door closing. The door of that room is tied open with a pile of debris in front of it. All the other investigators and tour guides were located at the far end of the penitentiary.
